When Ever We want  to implement pre-processing before sending the request to IIS than we use this HTTP modules and HTTP handlers

Like URL Rewriting,Security like etc.... there improves the quality of the programmer code

ASP.Net Provided two interception HTTP Handlers and HTTP Modules 

For Every project we need to do pre-processing logic like authentication/authorization before request hits to IIS resources if do certain logic into code it will seems late and it seems complications for avoiding this HTTP handlers and module will sort out this problems

Dotnet Nuke Is Content Management system by installing Dotnetnuke we can able build/develop websites easily with simply and easy modifications.

Step By Installation of Dotnet Nuke
Open The Site www.dotnetnuke.com
Register into the site
download dotnetnuke installation rar file

After downloading the files 

Create database in sql server i.e MyDnnDataBase

(DotnetNuke)

Create Virtual Directory in Local IIS (i.e.C drive, Inetpup,  wwwroot)

after creating Virtual directory paste the files in donetnuke installation rar file

Browse into IIS or Open The Site With Visual Studio Dotnet

 fallow the screens and give the database name which u created in sqlserver and select the option sqlserver or sqlexpress

give the server credentials and click next
after installation click next ..........

Enter UserName and Password

Check if u have SMTP Server ....

Enter Admin Details....

Click the Link Customize the Site As Per Requirement
