MUTTON CURRY
Ingredients

5 | Mint(Pudhina) | 1/2 |
6 | Fengugreek(Menthi) | 1 |
7 | Mirchi powder | 4 spoons |
8 | Salt | Test purpose |
9 | Turmeric powder | 1/4 spoon |
10 | Cardamom (Ilachi) | 4 |
11 | Cloves(lavanga) | 4 |
12 | Coriander Powder(Dhaniyalu) | 3 spoons |
13 | Coriander leaves(kothimera) | 1 packet |
14 | Cinnamon(Dalchincheka) | 1 |
Preparation
1.First need to cook or boil the mutton in cooker.
2. Before cook add 5 spoons of oil ,onions,chilly and mint(pudhina).
3.Add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste after 5 min then add clean washed mutton .
3.After cooking mutton for few min, add 4 spoons of red chilly powder,two spoons of salt and tomato cook for 5 mins.
4.After that add 2 glass of water cover the cooker with a lid and cook for 5 whistles.
5.After that open the lid and add 1 spoon of garam masala and coriander change the flame in low and cook for 5 mins
6.After that off the stove and pour the curry into the bowl and garnish with onion and coriander leaves.
