How to identify fake rice and original rice

Here is the tricks and tips to identify the fake/plastic rice.Now days each and everything is duplicated with plastic and other. Eggs,Cabbage now rice,rice also manufacturing with plastic and mixing with original rice in many countries.
To identify the plastic rice
1.Pour the rice into bowl and fill with water plastic rice will float on water.
2. Boil the rice it will melt in hot water.
3.Take a little quantity of cooked rice into the bowl and keep aside for 2 to 3 days if the rice gets
   fungus it is the original rice if it doesn't gets fungus it is the plastic rice .
