IIT Kharagpur launches free education program under "Learn-Earn-Return" scheme, Free Education for those who donate their earnings after getting jobs. Starting from this academic IIT Kharagpur will offer scholar ships or fee waiver who economically poor condition, and the academic ranking of the first hundred of the test qualified recruits will be completely waived fees. Students will be required to take an Honor Pledge to give back in the "Lean-Earn-Return Fund" after establishing their career.
IIT Kharagpur asked students to donate minimum of Rs 10,000 per year after they get jobs.
