Many Petitions filed against 123 G.O. by farmers and civilians in the High Court Hyderabad, High court is dismissed this 123 GO today.
This 123 G.O. was brought in 2015 by the NGO, This 123 G.O. not favor to farmers, compensations not in standards so this was dismissed by high court, Land acquisition should be done under Land Acquisition Act 2013 only high court said in the their statement .Under Act 2013 compensation should be given to farmers and peasants also but in 123 GO peasants not covered.
